Volunteer Feedback

Good opportunity but too many chiefs - overall volunteer manager, then one for side courts, one for show court spectators, one for doors and one for show court maintenance. Could reduce the amount needed which would have improved the rotation of volunteers and would avoid some vols being left in the same position for long hours. Was a strange week - on the first couple of days - too many volunteers, then middle days, too few volunteers and then last couple of days too many again. Also, volunteers were called in too early for shifts.

  • You rated this as a 4 stars opportunity

Well organised and Val in charge of volunteers was excellent in ensuring everyone got breaks and that everyone got to work in different locations throughout the day.

  • You rated this as a 5 stars opportunity

It was run well.
